Multi-Strategy window now has a define default strategy.
  
Top panel now includes two combo-boxes: predefined strategies and history.
  
New bottom panel with Change Tool Window combo-box and a Backtest button.
  
Note some windows do not have all the above combo-boxes/buttons because they may not apply for the specific window type.
