This snapshot was created so we could look at something recent at the meeting later today.  This project is being developed very actively and I don't have an exact list of recent changes.

There were no changes to the developers' interface.  (And none are expected, unless we recieve a specific suggestion.)  See the previous release for documentation on the interface.
